Margarita Levin was recommended to me by a co-worker and provided me an initial property review, consultation and pricing for my condominium in early 2015. She ultimately listed and sold the property for me in October. I have sold multiple properties on my own and I had intended to “FSBO” this property as well. I communicated my intentions to Margarita up front to insure that there would be no false assumptions that I was interested in her service outside of a complementary review.
